CALLED TO THE MINISTRY

How do you know you are called? Let us explore the Apostle Paul.

But when it pleased God, who set me apart from my mother’s womb, and called [me] by his grace. To reveal his Son in me, that I might preach him among the Gentiles … (AMIV)

Many men and women of God who were mightily used had knowledge of their calling from the beginning.

Paul was walking on the road to Damascus when he received a revelation from the Lord who said, “Paul, I am sending you to preach my word.” His calling was given by Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior at that “kairos” moment. Then later, there was a confirmation of this when Ananias arrived to speak and minister. The fullness of the blueprint given took more time, however, Paul received the light.

YOU HAVE IT

Realize that our Heavenly Father already has placed the desire within to embrace the call as a minister of God, a mighty man and woman in Him.

SEE YOURSELF THERE

Heavenly Father, we come with boldness to Your throne of grace and mercy, Oh Father of light, increase the revelation within us. Open our eyes to see with greater clarity of spiritual vision. Help us to arise and take our position. We know the anointing comes from being in Your presence. May we continuously be in our secret place of worship, praise and unceasing prayer; soaking in the Lord, always keeping our lanterns lit with oil like the wise virgins always ready for the Bridegroom to arrive. May We embrace the call to be a woman and or man of wisdom and discernment, with great refinement, walking in ministry. Let us learn from the great and mighty men and women who ran the race before us, then stepped into their eternal reward. Help us walk in a lifestyle of prayer, worship with fasting. Let the love of God The Father, His Son, Jesus and The Holy Spirit increase exponentially in us, overflowing to others. That is what we are to do!
