EVEN THE LITTLE DOGS
Matthew 15:27
27 And she said, “Yes, Lord, yet even the little dogs eat the crumbs which fall from their masters’ table.” (NKJV)
Even the little dogs eat crumbs that fall off their masters’ table. May it be that we have such powerful faith that believing all things are finished. In the Greek language, “It is Finished” as said by our Savior Jesus Christ who also known in the Hebrew, Yeshua Hamashiach (Jesus is Messiah), when in His last moment on the cross, made a powerfully profound declaration. In that moment, all was complete. For He made provision for all things be made new.
Great Faith
Oh, that to have great faith like even the mustard seed type. This woman would not stop until she received the fullness of her healing. Let great faith arise! Powerful faith of the “dunamis” type. I desire to step out in dunamis faith on a daily basis. Are you with me on that one?
The word, “Dunamis” refers to “strength, power, or ability.” It is the root word of our English words dynamite, dynamo and dynamic. This amazing word often refers to miraculous power or marvelous works. According to Thayer’s Greek Lexicon, it can be defined as “moral power and excellence of soul.”

27 And she said, Truth, Lord: yet the dogs eat of the crumbs which fall from their masters’ table.
28 Then Jesus answered and said unto her, O woman, great is thy faith: be it unto thee even as thou wilt. And her daughter was made whole from that very hour.
Pressing In For The Promise
This morning, Rascal was barking incessantly whereas it was becoming environmentally ridiculous to listen to. The non-stop barking was hard to listen to after hours of it that began during the wee hours of the morning.
Finally, I had enough! After reaching for my squirt gun filled with water, I walked over the threshold of the Casita House, to the dog pen and proceeded to squirt the four dogs, Juliet, a Boxer Rottweiler, Rascal, a Pomeranian, Rex and Rorie, both English Bulldogs in their pens with healthy squirts of water. The barking stopped immediately where they retreated into their dog houses. After a couple minutes, Rorie came up to the fence and looked at me, then also Rascal. Their tongues were wagging with eyes brightened and tails wagging as if merry. I told them they didn’t need to be barking unless something was wrong. Both dogs acted apologetically and I told them not to get this minister frustrated by the incessant barking. All of them daily are fed fresh food, water, while living in both clean and spacious dog pens. Their area are watered down daily with the garden hose to be kept clean; while always being provided the necessary attention and love as dogs thrive. I spoke with love to them then walked back into the house.
Dose Of Holy Spirit
May we all get a healthy dose of Holy Spirit washing on a daily basis to keep our lives clean, pure and holy. If we feel that there are any needs that need to be addressed, may we take courage to let them be known to Jesus, of whom His precious blood was shed at Calvary for our healing. Let Us not hesitate to press in for the promise. Allow us Oh, Lord to see with greater wisdom and understanding truths in our daily walk shown even through nature to allow us to run the race and win the prize of eternal life.
Let us not cease to seek Him. A reminder that even the crumbs from the kings’ table can be made available to the commoner. And yet, through Him as a child of God in our new identity and purpose, we became royal and therefore complete. All things are finished, “Tetelestai.”
Let us walk steadfast this day focusing our eyes upon the author and finisher of our faith.
